TRINITARIAN BIBLE SOCIETY

Christmas love gift to the Trinitarian Bible Society in support of their work in printing and distributing the King James Bible.

Here is their letter of thanks addressed to our church treasurer Dn Charles Kan:

Dear Charles,

Thank you very much for your donation of £1,000.00 made on 04/12/2020 in respect of the General Fund.

As 2020 draws to a close we look back on the year and give thanks to the Lord for enabling us to continue with our labour of providing Scriptures to people around the world, despite many difficulties and obstacles.

Many of the 2021 calendars have now been sent to grantees in nations around the world, ready for distribution to individuals and churches. Already we have received words of thanks. The extract below comes from Nigeria.

Calvary greetings to you and the entire members and management of the Trinitarian Bible Society. May the Lord continue to bless the Society and the financial members until the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Distribution of the calendars commenced shortly after the receipt and is still ongoing. We intend to reach all the nooks and corners of this nation with the supply forwarded to us. It is interesting to inform you that many of those who were supplied with the copies last year expressed their appreciation and the impact of the calendar in their evangelistic works, especially those who are on rural evangelism and those who are covering prisons and reform centres.

Thank you so much. May the heavenly Father continue to bless the Society.

Please continue to remember the Society in your prayers, particularly as the year draws to a close. There are many people across the world who hunger and thirst for the Word of God, and it is our fervent desire that we can continue to provide Scriptures to those who are in need.

‘Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest’ (John 4:35).

With Christian greetings,

J M Wilson
Finance and Supporter Manager
